Ingredients
2 ½ Tsp Dry Yeast
1 Tsp White Sugar
1 Cup Warm Water
2 ½ Cups Flour (Keep more on the side)
1 Tbsp Olive Oil
2 Tbsp Melted Butter
1 Tsp Oregano
½ Tsp Basil
½ Tsp Onion Powder
½ Tsp Garlic Powder
½ Tsp Paprika
Toppings (Optional)
1 Tsp Pesto
Pizza Sauce
½ Tsp Ground Garlic
200gm Buffalo Mozzarella
1 ½ cups of Grated Mozzarella
Toppings of your choice
Preparation
Mix the water, yeast, and sugar, and let sit for about 5 minutes or until it looks a little foamy and creamy on the surface.
Mix the flour, salt, oregano, basil, paprika, onion powder, and garlic powder. Add the oil and butter, continuing to mix well, then add to the hot water mixture.
Continue to mix until smooth. Make a ball and let it sit in a warm place for 10 minutes.
Transfer dough to a dry and lightly floured surface. Roll into a thin pizza crust and place in a pan. Put in a prheated oven (medium heat) for 10 minutes.
Remove from oven, brush with butter, then add your toppings. (Pizza sauce first, then meat, then cheese.)
Return to the oven for 15 minutes on high heat.
Serve hot and enjoy.
Tips
Use your oven grill (top) to lightly brown the top of your pizza for 5 minutes after it has cooked.
