8 Unique Gift Ideas for Valentine’s Day

  1. Book a romantic weekend out of town or in town at a nice hotel where you can both be stress-free for 48-hours. This would work well since Valentine’s Day is a couple of days away from the weekend. Plan everything with the hotel when you book. Arrange for a breakfast in bed, flower petals on the bedding, and a few special somethings.

  2. Make a small story book about your love story together. If you enjoy writing, write a short story about your relationship. Add pictures on every page and get it printed and bound at a print shop. Write a dedication and the date on the first page.

  3. Start a scrapbook. Buy a nice binder, make some random paper designs and get them printed on thick paper, then add all the pages to the binder. Fill the first half with pictures and captions of your best times together and leave the second half to build together in the future.

  4. Make a “Big Book of Adventures”. Make a book with all the places you want to travel together. Add pictures and clippings of each place and write a caption of what you want to enjoy doing there.

  5. Make a personalized sweatshirt or t-shirt with something clever written on it. There are many print shops where you can give them a design and they can print it on a t-shirt. If you live in Egypt, check-out the print-shops available in City Stars. I have personally dealt with 3 different places there.

  6. Choose something that your S.O. wants or needs, like a watch, but get it engraved with a personalized message. A personal touch is always nice.

  7. Make personalized Mr. & Mrs. mugs with a special message on the back. Or you can just make personalized mugs that express your feelings to your S.O. If you live in Egypt, you can use the same places that print t-shirts. (Mentioned in # 5)

  8. Choose any gift and add a personal touch with a handwritten message in a bottle. Choose something that your S.O. would like and appreciate, but personalize it by adding a handwritten message, rolling it into a scroll, and slipping it into a bottle. If you’re crafty, you can decorate the bottle too.

Happy Valentine’s Day

Xoxo
